College of DuPage’s Constitution Day Committee is hosting a reading of a pre-trial motion regarding the Fourth Amendment.
This is an opportunity to earn one LEX hour. To earn LEX credit for attending you must sign in with Linda Jenkins. If you do not know who she is or do not sign in, you must write a one page, double spaced summary of the event to receive credit. Linda’s email address is JenkinsL@cod.edu.

Come and find out why as the Constitution Day Committee presents a reading of a pre-trial hearing on a Motion to Suppress evidence. The hearing is based on stop and frisk rulings.
