Paralegal Studies Program Announces a Search for Academic Excellence Writing Contest

Snoopy Writing  Snoopy is working feverishly on a ruff draft.

Like money?  Like to write?  Even if only the first one is true, please read on!  Thanks to a generous donation from a program supporter, the Paralegal Studies Program is sponsoring a writing contest for all current paralegal students who have successfully completed at least nine credit hours of PLGL classes. An award of $250 will be granted to each of two winning entries.  All submissions must strictly comply with the rules listed in the contest. All papers must be submitted to Sally N. Fairbank’s office no later than 9:00 a.m. on October 31.  All judging decisions are final. See the Rules of Contest for details: Academic Excellence Writing Contest.

By entering this contest, you certify that all work submitted is your own.  Should you win, you also agree to allow the Paralegal Studies Program, the Paralegal Club, and LEX to post photos of you as part of the publicity surrounding the award.

How great would it be to win?  Imagine what a nice line item it would be for your resume!  Imagine having some spare money!  Stop imagining; start writing!

Good luck!
