About your role:

Your core task is to support the client relationship with regards to the financial planning process including:

  • Learning the financial planning software, Money Guide Pro, and helping to create and update financial plans for new and current clients.
  • Learning new software, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office products, Orion trading software, Y-Charts, RedTail CRM, Holistiplan, Social Security Analyzer, and Client Works client management software.
  • Preparing client reviews for current clients.
  • Learning and understanding the financial planning process.
  • Coordinating money movement and trades through our trading system.
  • Assist with preparing reports for prospect meetings.
  • Participating in meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
  • Providing positive and professional service to the client base.
  • Attending all firm client events.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois is currently accepting applications for two Operations Specialists for the entry level (CL-24) with potential growth to the target grade (CL-26). This is an entry level position, with potential to advance within the Clerk’s Office. All positions are in Chicago, IL, and report directly to the Operations Supervisors. At the entry level the Operations Specialist performs a range of duties including receiving payments, assignment of cases, and mail screening.
